• Opening an account or conducting transactions using a false identity
• Attempting a cyber attack or denial-of-service attack

7Account Suspension & Closure

Ok10 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason. This action is typically taken in cases of rule violations, fraud, or security risks.

Members may also request to close their own account. All pending withdrawals should be completed before submitting a closure request. Once an account is closed, no bonuses or offers can be claimed.
